Subprocessors

This list names the service providers we use to provide woobie and that process personal data on our behalf. It is also an annex to the data processing agreement for business customers with a subscription. We notify business customers of changes in advance by email (Terms § 28(10)). The privacy policy contains further information on data processing. The German version of this page is authoritative.

Hetzner Online GmbH

  • Function: hosting of the website and the platform (servers, database, file storage, backups), email mailbox
  • Processing location: data centres in Germany (Nuremberg, Falkenstein)
  • Transfer outside the EU: none

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL

  • Function: provision of the AI models (Amazon Bedrock)
  • Processing location: data centres in the EU; model calls run exclusively through an EU inference profile
  • Transfer outside the EU: only for access by AWS companies outside the EU (e.g. support), safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses

Sampark, Inc. (Composio)

  • Function: connecting the services a user links (connectors) and running agent actions; the content of actions is not stored, logs contain metadata only
  • Processing location: USA
  • Transfer outside the EU: USA, safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses

Linkup Technologies SAS

  • Function: web search and retrieval of web pages for agents; search queries are sent without details that identify the user
  • Processing location: EU; subprocessors used: Microsoft Azure (USA, France, EU) and Google Cloud (EU)
  • Transfer outside the EU: where Linkup's subprocessors process in the USA, safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses

  • Function: sending automated emails (e.g. confirmation, security and invitation emails, forwarding of contact forms)

Stripe Payments Europe, Limited

  • Function: payment processing, subscription management and invoicing
  • Processing location: Ireland, USA and other countries through Stripe affiliates
  • Transfer outside the EU: safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses

Stripe is an independent controller for fraud prevention and regulatory obligations.

Other recipients acting as independent controllers

Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, processes data as an independent controller when you use “Sign in with Apple”, download the iOS app from the App Store or TestFlight, or receive push notifications from the iOS app through the Apple Push Notification service. Apple also transfers data to Apple Inc. in the USA, safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.

We run the website analytics (Umami) ourselves on our servers at Hetzner; no data is passed to other service providers.
